Continue Present Thesis Statement

            Assalamualaikum, we meet again after the thaipusam break. So, how are you guys? Feel great because already have holiday even though it just 1 day only. Hahaha..I hope you all in pink of health. Insyaallah. So, get back to our main point to write this blog. Today our class like usual, at the C214. Today, we continue present about thesis statement. First group is from Acap and Nawi group. They present their thesis statement and one more times their thesis statement have been rejected by Miss Zu because she think that their thesis statement have others mistake and so on. So, she asked Nawi group to do it again. After that, Ana group was present their thesis statement at the front. Their thesis statement also rejected by Miss Zu because they also have many mistake that they do. Feel so pity with them because they have been scolded by Miss Zu. I hope they can do better from today for their own sake. After that, others group have been present their thesis statement to Miss Zu. What is so surprises is all of the thesis statement from argumentative essay group have been accepted and approved by Miss Zu. Like a miracle all of this can happen. Suddenly, Miss Zu said congratulation to the argumentative essay group because they have showed a great effort to make their thesis statement more interesting and so on. Then, Miss Zu have think that they should do more and more discussion because it really useful to all of us. Now, only have two or three more group that their thesis statement was not accepted yet. They are Nawi group, Rozita group and also Ana group. Rozita was not came to the class because they have an MC. So, their group was not present yet their thesis statement. So, I hope they can make a correction for those groups that have not accepted yet their thesis statement because it can make their work easier to do. So, our class end early today and I think this is only for today. See you guys in next update. Assalamualaikum.

            Assalamualaikum..Hai everyone, we meet again today. All right, I want to continue update my blog. Today our class was at library. Still remember about discussion for doing our thesis statement?? Ejat and I came late to the library because we have some kind of work to do. Okay, because our thesis statement was accepted by Miss Zu, we have many times to do others work because did not have anything to do. So, I take this opportunity to do my online quiz and so on. So, I entered the lab that have in this library to do my online quiz. After done doing all my work, I saw many of my classmates that also entered this lab to search information to make their thesis statement more interesting and so on. Feel so impressed with all their hard working. Keep it up guys, I know you can do it better and more better from me. I saw many group was combined with each other to make their thesis statement. There have many groups at this library for example, the cause and effect essay groups, the argumentative essay groups and so on. All that I can said is this is AWESOME. This is because they have combined with each other to solve the problem. After that, I saw the twins groups which is their thesis statement was accepted by Miss Zu, so I go to them to look what they do in the lab. Then, I saw them was updating their blog. Wow, feel interesting to look what will they write in their blog and the most thing that attracted me to look their blog is because they have update their blog until today. Such a hardworking person. I salute with them. After 1 hour we at the library, we all sit at one table to chatting with each other. We feel so happy because all of our work have already done. So, I think that all for today. Present Thesis Statement

            Assalamualaikum, how are you guys? I hope you all in good condition. Okay, today class we have to present our thesis statement at the class as Miss Zu asked. It is the scary day because we have to show all of our work to Miss Zu. Feel so nervous. First group that have been called to the front today is Faiz Adha and Fikri group .They go to the front and show their thesis statement and suddenly have been rejected by Miss Zu because their thesis statement was not followed the rules how to do this thesis statement. So, they have to do it again. Then Miss Zu asked them to call any names that they want to call to go to the front. Suddenly, Faiz Adha have called Faiz name and also me. Faiz and I feel very nervous and just go to the front and show our thesis statement to Miss Zu. That moment I can’t forget because with nothing to expect that she will accepted our thesis statement, suddenly she said that our thesis statement was accepted. Feel so grateful, thank Miss Zu. After that, others group had go to the front to present their thesis statement. For your information, there are three groups that have been accepted their thesis statement by Miss Zu. Miss Zu have accepted Atikah Ahmad groups, the twins groups and also my groups.

            Hai to all the reader, we meet again. Alhamdulillah, praise to Allah for all His blessing we can see again this time. So, how your day guys? Is it wonderful? Have a great day? . So, I hope you all have a nice day, insyaallah. Okay, today I want to continue my writing for my blog. Firstly, our class start at the lab as usual at the CLL Sri Laksamana. I like go to lab because we can update our blog and also we can play the computer and so on.Today Miss Zu was teaching us on how to make an introduction paragraph. I got a little bit confusing to make this paragraph because there have a certain way on how to do it. Miss Zu have told us that we must use hook to attracting someone to read what we are writing. What that? How to do the hook? I don’t know at all. Miss Zu was shown us the types of hooks that can be used:

Here are the types of Hooks to make the paragraph:
1. Personal examples

2. Quotations

3. Facts or statistics

4. Rhetorical questions

5. Current events

6. Contrast to the thesis statement

7. Definition

8. Funnel / Broad to specific / general statements

The functions of the hooks are to attract the readers to read our writing and the readers will become more interesting to know about our writing. Besides that, we can combine these hooks into one paragraph. Not only use one of them. Just choose which one is suitable to combine them together in writing. Wow, it quite interesting to learn on how to make the hook in our writing because it can attract people to read what we are writing. I will try to apply this skills if I want to write something after this, insyaallah. Today I got a lot of knowledge that so useful to me. Thank Miss Zu. So, I think that all for today. It is because I have no idea at all to continue writing today. Hehehe. So, I would like to say Asslamualaikum to all the reader and hope we will see again in the next update.

Learning Thesis Statement

Assalamualaikum to all the reader. I hope you all in pink of health. Insyaallah. Firstly, our class still start at the evening and for today class, we have to go to U214.Today, all of my classmates were come late in class. It is because we have to attend the class before which is have a quiz and that class is Statistics class. I feel pity with Miss Zu because she needs to wait us in class alone in half an hour. We cannot do anything because if we not finished our quiz, it will affect our mark and so on. So, all of us would like to say Sorry for late come to class Miss Zu. We don’t have any intention at all to coming late for your class. So, we continued the class like usual even we was late. Today Miss Zu was teach us on how to make a thesis statement. Miss Zu have explain about the thesis statement one by one because she worried that we can’t understood on what we have learn, and it will be waste of time for her if we cannot understand at all what she trying to teach us. Then, she asked us whether we still remember about this thesis statement we learn in last semester which is in semester 2. We all can only remember a certain part because we already forget what the others. I just remember a little bit about the thesis statement that we have learnt in semester two, and it still can help me to understand. But, I still feel unhappy because can’t remember all of them. I feel regret because just learn it like nothing and just want to get the mark for the final test. Feel so shamed of myself, and now I remember the word that Miss Zu said have the truth because all of us just want to learn all the subject just for mark and not for the knowledge. Feel a little bit frustrated. But, what can we do, let by gone be by gone. We have to create a new pages to our life and change all the bad attitude to the good attitude. Get back to the story, Miss Zu also teaching us on how to create the best thesis statement based on the type of our term paper. From the lecture we get some ideas to make a thesis statement. Then, Miss Zu was gave the example for us to keep for references. So, we can make the thesis statement easily. I feel very happy because we can make our term paper more easily after this because she have help a little bit and we feel very happy because have a nice lecturer who willingly to help all of us without take an advantages for their help. Alhamdulillah. I think that all for today, I will update more story after this and I hope you all still want to read my blog, Assalamualaikum.

 

Debate Time.. :D

            Assalamualaikum to all the reader, first of all I would like to say thanks to Allah for all of His blessing because we can still meet again. I am so grateful. Okay, get back to the story, as usual, our class still at DSP, so we still came a little bit late to our class and it is just normal for those who stayed at Sempana Riau, Taming Sari and also Mutiara and Baiduri. So, before the class start, Miss Zu asked all of us to recite Al-fatihah before she start the class. Today, Miss Zu already some game to played. It is “Debate” .Arghh, I don’t know how to play that game because we have to use all of our skill in English to speak at each other. But, it quite interesting at all. Before she start the game, she asked all of us whether some of us know or have join debate at the school before. Then, no one have join the debate because I think it more difficult than debate in Malay. After that, she asked whether all of us have joined others that relate to English society and have an experience, then suddenly CikFaa tell that she have joined coral speaking when she at primary school. I also have experience joined some of English society such as I have joined English Drama and was selected to join the competition at the state level. Miss Zu have given 2 title for the debate task and here are they:

                                                           First Title:
“Is it consider cheating when your partner(girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife) was cheating on other beautiful girls/boys/men/women on Facebook like poking, liking and etc “

                                                           Second Title:

“Is it true that men are easy to work with and more creative than women especially when it involves group work? “

After that, she have divide all of us to 4 group. I at the last group which is the fourth group and the members at this group consist of 2 man and 5 girls, and the 2 man at this group is me, and faiz and the girls is wawa, nina, pika, bariyah and also athirah. We were at the government side for the second title. We have given half an hour to find our point.

Here are some of point about first title:
            social networking such as Facebook, twitter, or instagram. It is just a medium for us to make a new friend or even to keep in touch with our friend.
            To contact with old friend and family that live far.
            For run a business or event.
            Poke, like and comment button. The button is already there on the Facebook page.

A statement that are funny or interesting.
Lastly, is about the relationship.

And here are some point about the second title:

The government side said men are easy to work with and more creative than women in given an idea.

Men are also has stated in al-quran that they are the leader.
Opponent side said women are systematic, carefully, & perfectly in doing their work.
Women are also has become success than men. For example, Tan Sri Zety Aziz the leader of Bank Negara.

After the debate ended, Miss Zu wants us to decide which group will be the winner and the best debater. The winner is group 2 and the best debater is FaizAdha from group 1. While my group get the same point with the group 3. So, it became a draw competition. The best debater is Rozita from opponent group. So, I think that all for today. Assalamualaikum.
